- 24 x 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions — one every two weeks for twelve months
- Pre-session preparation framework — structured preparation so every session counts
- Session notes and action summaries — written up after every session
- Priority email and phone support between sessions — direct access when something urgent comes up
- Quarterly business reviews — four formal reviews per year to assess progress and reset direction
- Year-end strategy session — a dedicated full session to map out the following year
- Access to all 3 training programs — 28 modules across Build It Right, The Whole Person, and Ego at the Wheel
- Coaching Agreement and onboarding — aligned on goals and working style from day one
One session every two weeks for a full year — 24 focused conversations. Plus four quarterly business reviews where we step back from the day-to-day, assess your progress against your goals, and reset direction for the next quarter.
